1.6b Softmod F Partition > 137 Gig Bios

alright I've been using a 10 gig hard drive for debugging and I decided to put the debug files on my main hard drive with a f partition around 240 gigs.  
so my question is, is there a bfm bios for a 1.6b xbox that can use an f partition over 137 gigs?
