i had the same problem as you when trying to get v2 of the boot disk to select pal50 or pal60. You have to select pal, and then reboot into the xbox dashboard and in the settings then video you can select pal normal or pal60

...too bad though, I thought this might let me play PAL games on my NTSC TV.  Boy was I wrong unsure.gif
