Smartxx Spider + Smartxx V2 - Frag!

PLease help... I installed the adapter as shown on the install picture, but still I get FRAG everytime I boot ut. All the pins on the adapter are correctly innstalled, I ensured it 15 times! What am I doing wrong? Going crazy soon... :(
