Matrix Install Problems

when i install the chip into my 1.0 xbox it frags. the chip is flashed with evoX_V2.5_256k_for_matriX.zip. it will just frag so in need help on what to do.maybe the bios is wrong but if u know wuts wrong plz help me

Ok a little more info might be required.  

First how did you install the chip?

What mode is the chip in?

What washer did you use?

Also try loosening the screw abit.  It does not need to have the death grip on it.  It will scrip the mount and it will lift up the pins on the outside.
