They ran into a hardware issue during the first production run. They caught the problem.. and needed to go back and fix it.

They won't ship until it is ready for release.

Cancel the order if necessary.. but be happy they delayed and went back to fix.. as opposed to ship a buggy product like the Xenium CLONE/FAKES.

I'll wait forever for a good working product.  I have no tolerance for buggered shit that doesn't work.

This isn't an endorsement for EB.. only an acknowledgement that they did the right thing by going back and fixing before shipping.

Correct we had a issue with the Chip and have fixed it. It's in it's final testing phase.

We want to deliver a working product with no issues.

As soon as we receive the chips from manufacture we will start shipping them.

We always exchange are products with no questions asked.

Sometimes if we don't have stock it may be delayed but at the end you will always have a working product.

We are sorry for the delays of the X-Chip but it's better to have delays now and fix all the issues then to release a buggy product.

I'm sure you meant "our products".  "Are" is a conjugated form of the verb "to be", not a first person plural possesive pronoun.  Today's English lesson has been brought to you by the letter Q.
