Does anyone has the full manual off the xbit with the xbit 1.6 adapter instead of this http://www.mod-chip.com/Lite/XBit_Mod_Install_V1.6_Lite.pdf one? It's for customers only, but I have no idea how to become a customer on that site.

Anyway, that is the first guide I have seen for an xbit installation on a 1.6 - I think I will pin it later.

Yeah well that's the 'lite' version.

I want the full manual, cause i still don't completely understand how to install the xbit (with 1.6 adapter) in my 1.6 xbox.

Ok, to put it simply, there is no installation guide for the 1.6 - DMS released the adaptor, but offer very little support for it. (http://www.dms3.com/xbit/files/chips/XBit_Diagrams(zip%20packed)/LPC_rebuild_1_6.rar, http://www.dms3.com/...stall_cmix.rar)

From reading through that 'lite' guide, I cant see what else you need to know to do the installation. The info is there - and it is a lot better than what is on the official website.

There is a little info that might help you in the pinned topics - (http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=337644).

Im guessing that if you want the full version of the manual, you would probably have to buy something from the website.

Where do I have to place the Xbit modchip?
It can't be placed near the IDE cable, cause i have to solder there.

I've read about the EVOX M8+ 1.6 bios.
Does that one really works?
