hi im also new in this thing. with a action reply packet i have installed a dashbord.. i wasn't happy with that one and installed another one but now i did something wrong and if i turn on my xbox now it gives error 13 and tells me to contact customer support...... i think i lost ms dash .... how can i get it back, by the way i am still able to play games but if i get the game disk out i get error 13
