I paid extra for "2 Day Air".

My X3 still not here, so I go online to track it. The bitch is in Texas! I'm in Florida!

It says "rescheduled". How the hell can they reschedule a 2 Day Air to......3 DAYS?!?!

That sucks. It may have gotten lost and had to be redirected. I would demand my money back from UPS.

I only use UPS.  Everytime Fedex or USPS has a delivery number it never seems to update....I get the package and then look up the number....its always still at the shippers location for some reason...even after 7-10 days.  UPS is the only one who seems to update real time.

FedEx all the way.  They are way more helpful in trying to track a package, and way more apologetic when something goes wrong.

Plus, FedEx has *standard* overnight return on all C.O.D.'s, where as UPS sends your money back in 7-10 days.  I use to run a business that involved C.O.D. returns, and there was now way I was waiting 7-10 business days to get my payment.  Not to mention, I have a regional UPS warehpuse right down the street, and I have personally witnessed the "shipping specialist" playing parking lot football with any throwable consumer packages they could get their hands around.
