I am trying to upgrade my HD, but when I try to run anything from it, it goes to a loading screen and freezes. I have an xbit 1.5 modchip, 1.6 xbox, and my bios was m8_16.bin. The hard drive isn't bigger than 120 (its only a 15, its all i had laying around.)
This is what I did to install it.
1. Opened up xbox, took out xbox drive
2. Replaced with bigger HD
3. Turned on xbox
4. Loaded up slayer 2.5 cd
5. formated xbox drive
6. locked xbox drive
7. installed evox to c:, apps and xbmc to e:
8. rebooted
Like i said, now it boots up to the slayer menu, but when I try to load anything, the screen freezes on the loading screen.
Is there something I missed, or messed up?
