Xbc Network Cable Unlpugged Error
« on: August 09, 2004, 07:26:00 PM »

I have been playing Halo on XBC for the past couple years and recently developed a problem with my PC.  First off, I have a 2.8 ghz P4, 80 gig HD, 512 mb ram, d-link router and belkin router.

I have been trying to get this problem solved for about 6 months, but to no avail.  I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I used to be able to host four boxes on XBC with my new PC.  Anymore, if I try to host 4 boxes, I get a 'network cable unplugged' error and i lose my internet connection.  On the exact same network(same router, modem, same cables, connection), my old pc would host 4 boxes just fine.  Given this, I know there is some setting or something in my new PC that won't allow me to host four boxes.  Can anyone help me with this?  I have 300 upload/3000 download connection and I can host four boxes just fine on my other pc.  I have tried formatting the hard drive, reinstalling a fresh copy of windows etc.

ANY help is appreciated.

Daniel
