If you have someone experienced doing it, and they WILL do it, I suggest making switches for ALL those points.
I would say once you flash your bios, you don't want it to be done easily again (say by M$), but you would like to have the ability to DO IT again at some point... use a switch(es)... wire 10 & 19 put in a switch (what I did)... it's effecient and you never know when you might want to use your modchip again.
If this guy is soldering, he can handle the switches I'm sure... I did it myself, but then again... I'm an electrician on airplanes...
