Sorry, I am rusty on this subject.

With a flashed TSOP you can set it to ignore the boot up screen. I am pretty sure there is an option to skip the DVD check.

You could run two HDDs but only one at a time.

Not sure about getting to the MS DASH. Have you confirmed you have the MS DASH files on the C drive and have them named right?

you can skip dvd editing your bios config and you can use only one hdd at a time not both and for the unlocked hdd now your tsop is flashed need to install a dashboard on C partition to do that use slayers evox disk or shambles hexen disk insert the disk to your xbox boot from disc do format hdd and install unleashx dashboard thats all good luck.
