Kernel 5530 boxes cannot be softhacked, they said. And unluckily, I have one. So I wonder if I can flash the TSOP, and heal it from bottom.

I don't have a memory card, and no one nearby has a modded box, so I think I may load a linux in it and run raincoat to flash the TSOP. Several people said the did load the evox, only thing didn't work is the PBL. Then how to load linux in box's hdd through ftp? Can I just use hot swap to put 007savewithraincoat  in the hdd , then load 007 game to start the vbox, or can I just use ftp to copy a linux into the hdd of the box, but how can I load it?  The only thing is I need to load linux in xbox to run raincoat. Can anyone help me out?

PBL doesnt work with the focus chips, you cna load a font exploit, but instead of the PBL default.xbe put the default.xbe from the 007savewithraincoat, it will load up the minilinux and you can flash the TSOP, you will need to bridge 2 sets of points on top of the motherboard before flashing
