I read alot of the tutorials including the ones pinned at the top and also the flash tsop tutorial from the main page.  However they don't mention if the xbox 1.4/1.5 can be flashed using the 007 with raincoat.  If yes, then do I need to make any adjustments on the raincoat.cfg file like adding any new lines?

yes you will more than likely need to add the latest raincoat.conf file get it from the latest raincoat package and you will have to add a bios that works with the new focus video chip in the raincoat folder in the gamesave rename the bios to something like xbox.bin and place it in the raincoat folder if there is one there allready delete it u dont want any un known bios's in there what you need is either the x2_4979 bios repack
or use EVOX M7 bios as both those bios's support the focus video chip good luck if you need the raincoat.conf file pm me somewhere to send it too
