I've followed the tutorial on how to flash the TSOP with the 007AUF raincoat, everything went fine. Telnet and backup my bios.!

When i boot the xbox without a Game it boot to same MSdashborad (original) but without and font, luckly i can remember the menus. O O before it goes to the menu i can see the original xbox logo after the animation but instade of the green color it's on a blue color.

so is that it or what i thought i'll see a extra menu with extra option pluse i can't ftp my xbox i can tel net but not ftp

anyhelp or guide will be highly appreciated

 Heh, that's just half the process....

Now you have to put on a different dashboard.  Might I suggest the Slayers Evox installer.

It's great for newbies...just follow that link and follow the instructions (you seem to be pretty good at that if you managed to flash your bios)


As far as the Animation X colors, those can be changed with XBTool.
