flashing tsop using linux live and 007 Agent Under Fire with a modchip (matrix)

1. Open xbox and solder write enabled jumpers...there are 2 one on top of motherboard
  and one underneath(see article: http://www.xbox-scen...icles/tsop.php)

2. Install matrix

3a. load xbox with EVOX CD, transfer the "007savewithraincoat.zip" (instuciotns in zip)
3b. open folder "UDATA/4541000d/000000000000/raincoat" through ftp evox, and replace the bios file with the Xecuter2_4976.02_MultiVer_256k.rar (use XBTOOLS to make 1meg, then rename to "bios.bin")

4. Make sure your PC is on a ip: 192.168.0.10 subnetmask: 255.255.255.0 gateway: 192.168.0.1

5. shutdown, set the matrix to disable or remove the chip.

6. Load retail 007 and load the savegame from HDD

7. open dos prompt type :telnet 192.168.0.64

8. username: root

9. password: xbox

10. type cd ../../media/E/UDATA/4541000d/000000000000/raincoat

11. type ./raincoat -p bios.bin

12. finished

this is basic knownledge. dont even bother with this newbies. the only real reason you would go this route is if you fucked up the hard drive files and get an error 13. this method would allow you to fix that and then do the raincoat.

dood, i know, i was just saying this as a simple way to flash the TSOP, if u have a matrix already or acces to one. i know theres another way to flash the tsop, but it requires more soldering. just sharing my "common knoweldge".
