X Box Mod Problem

Hello I have a old x box that has been moded with I believe to be the Matrix chip.  I have slayer 2.7 installled.   My nephew was playing it and some how got into one of the settings that now makes the xbox screen shoot down through the tv.  I cannot read what I am selecting to try to fix because the screen is moving so fast.  Does anyone know how to fix this or tell me how to reset my xbox to default settings.  Please help thanks.
