how do u add more skins for use in the xenium OS??

Put them in a folder called "XeniumOS" without the quotes on your E partition, then select them from the Xenium OS...

it came with a .jpeg file and a .cfg file...do i put them both in e:\XeniumOS? i tried that and it doesnt show up in the skin section of the xenium OS.
