Solderless = adapter came unalligned

Soldered = one of your joints came loose, verify with a multimeter and correct.

same problem happens to me !
I think the chip has gone !

EDIT:

I have tried to do a hotswap to recover the Xenium, (within EvolutionX).
When I try to reprogram the Flash Manufacturer ID="FF" and Device ID="FF"..

what happens if you switch the chip into recovery mode?
