Did you bother reading that guide?  It tells you in detail how to recover the os and also diagnose problems.

1. Download the bios you want to use.
2. Unrar it & FTP it to the xbox hdd.
3. Load Xenium OS.
4. Choose add new item,then  choose Flash.
5. Point to where you saved the bios on xbox hdd.
6. Rename to w/e you want.

That's pretty much it in a nutshell. If I left anything out, please correct me.

Frag means the d0 is fine.  If the install is ok, he needs to reflash his os, which is in the guide i posted, yet he doesn't want to read it so...

Just follow the guide dude.  It tells you how to recover the os.  Flip the recovery switch, burn a recovery disc, put it in and it will repair.

Yes its on the chip you have to open the xbox.  The recovery files you need are on xodus' web site www.teamxodus.com
