The xenium os would probably take more than 72 hours to copy that much, probably upwards of 5 days. Your best bet would be if you have a third hd just ftp the data from the xbox to the hd, then put in the 80 and upload it back. If you don't have an extra drive, just ftp the data to the 80 gig, then put the 160 in your pc, format it, copy the data off the 80 onto the 160, then put the 80 in the xbox, format it and ftp back the data. Either of those methods would be faster than the xos wizard.
