Need Help W/ Flash Ftp- No Files Show Connected

I cant connect to xbox through crossover cable,  it says cant connect to host comp Ip address. I really need help. all settings are ok on xenium and comp. V 1.6, xenium ice. was able to do so prior to this with no problem.
