I just installed a Xenium ICE in my v1.0 xbox.
I used pin header install. I had to desolder LPC w/ desolder braid.
I soldered in pin header..Soldering job looked ok.
I used the bottom DO I went through a LPC to get to
I checked my soldering of DO,. It looked good.
I set up Xbox. Booted, and I got the Xenium boot splash..Loading...then HALT!
I powered down., and turned it back on and I  got the Xenium red page with launch
disk tools eeprom etc.

What could cause the Halt?
Bad soldering job?
Do I need to flash Bios?
I am a noob this is my first  (almost) modded xbox.
I have read tuts, but haven't seen any trouble shooting.

Sounds like the recovery switch is in the recovery position.

Flick the switch on the Ice to the other position.

I am not sure whats going on. I started with said problem, and then green Xbox maintenance screen.
Now it boots fine into Xemium OS v2.0

I am going to keep messing with it..
Thanks for your help.
I will try the switch if problem persists.
