According to that article and many others I have seen around, they hardly made any 1.5's...There must be some problem with them, who knows.

A popular theory.. is that 1.5 are really "fixed" 1.4's that were caught before shipping.. and fixed on the floor.

It's as plausable a theory as any I suppose.
