Xenium With Chameler Adapter

ok i have seen  many places that are selling the chameleon adpater with the xenium chip and will these work. I have a new xbox and it is a v1.4 so will i need to solder any part of the adapte to make work with it or i just align the adapter with the lpc ports and the do wire to the do point and that's or i do i have to do something else with it. just making sure before i get the xenium chip with the chamaleon solderless adapter.
