Getting An Error 12

Hello,

Both of the problems you mentioned deal with the dvd drive.  Make sure your dvd drive is connected properly (make sure the power and data cables are securely connected to both the dvd drive and the motherboard.)  If they are try removing them and putting them back to make sure.  (Hopefully the dvd drive did not somehow get damaged during install)
