Oh, I might add, there is no logo or anything at startup.

Its been ages since Ive seen one of them. I do have plenty set up. There is a BIOS recovery you can get to by selecting one of the banks if it hasnt been blasted out. Youll need a modded bios and a way of getting it on there.

Yeah, as far as I've managed to read, that is holding down eject and power for a few seconds, but nothing happens. Strange.

Saw that there was a light for the 3.3v on the underside of the X3. That does not come on. I measured the 3.3v and sure enough, there is no voltage there. The 5v is OK.

Ok, bank 1-4 (on on off off off) seems fine now. I did not realize you have to press the power button really fast to activate the chip on startup. Hold it even for 1/3 of a second and the chip deactivates and the default dash loads.

I was driving mad with a x2.2 lite pinheader installation on a v1.6. Thanks to your findings, I saw that there is no 3.3v on pins 9. I bridge pin 15 to pin 9 to make it work finally. Pin 15 is out of the x2.2 pinheader.
