Evox does not have a password option. Are you sure you are not thinking of the buggy password option in the X3 BIOS?

Moving to the Xecuter section (even though it is technically a bios issue)...

flash over x3 bios with x3 1892_BETA then remove password

other option
burn x3 eeprom erace (get from xbins or maybe xbox-scene) to a cd-rw or dvd-r then bootup using that to erace x3 eeprom
password should be removed
reboot without x3 eeprom erace in dvd tray
fixed??
