X2 Lite Problems!

last night i fitted my x2 lite chip to my xbox using the pin header & alternative d0 point! every thing went in ok, the joints all look fine, it boots up fine & it shows the "Xecuter 2" txt under the xbox logo on the bootup screen! the problems is it wont play ne copied games, it sez "your xbox can't recognize this disc. Make sure it's an xbox game, dvd movie, or audio cd. Also check to see if the disc is dirty or damaged. remove the disc to continue."

any1 now wot the problem is??? plz help!!! thnx...HasH

oh yeah, just to let u no, it still plays originals as it normally wud!
