Well if you have access to another chipped xbox then you could hotswap to flash your spider and this would fix it.

Otherwise you could return the chip and get a different one like the Xenium Spice !

Or just buy Splinter Cell and a memory card and download SID ( softmod Installer Deluxe ) and enjoy a softmod. It will boot a hell of a lot better than a Spider !
