Spidergx Front Panel Pcb Problems

Ok I'm installing this shit for a friend.

I installed the chip & booted it up without the front Panel PCB & it loaded to the Sidergx OS but I can't flash the bios. So I connected the front panel PCB & the Xbox & chip FRAGs no lights on the panel nothing. If I unplug the front panel PCB the chip works but actually it dosn't work if you know what I mean.

Can someone help?
