Which X-mod Is Better For Its Features?

After checking out the description of all 4 mods, I am having a hard time on deciding which is the better selection for my Xbox:

Xenium SPICE Solderless, Xecuter 3 CE White, Smartxx Version 2.0 Extreme Package, or SpiderGX ModChip

In my opinion, I've seen more support for the Xecuter 3CE and will propbably go with that choice, unless I'm convinced otherwise.
Here are the features that I'm looking for:

* Full DHCP & Static IP Support
* Built-in FTP Server with Boost Mode (Over 11,000kb/sec !!)
* Built-in Webserver
* Format & Partition HDD
* Install & Partition Brand new HDD (ready to FTP in less than 5 seconds!)
* Lock / Unlock HDD
* Plays divx formats and other forms of media
* web browser
* keyboard ability
*Clone HDD 1:1
*Format C/E/F/ secret partitions
*Diskcopy
*Complete HDD copy

Wipe that Spider GX off your list and they are too not worth the money !

The other chips are all good chips !

The full hard drive copy is useless as it takes too long and is not really needed !
