I got everything aligned and working but I used wrong bios on accident. What do i do?
do I burn a cd with the right bios on it and try that?

Hotswap to flash it now is the only option other than the programmer which is not really an option

Yup, you have no choice other than to hot swap it with another chip to reflash it.

Well you will have to hotswap it and then flash it !

anyway I can flash the spider without a chipped box I am gonna mod a mates box and want to reflash the spider as well. Is it possible or should I suck it up and send it back to divineo?

Yeah if you have another working spidy ... you could chip ya mates box then hotswap to flash yours !
