Crystal Xbox And Smartxx Video Mode

By Video mode it means PAL or NTSC and yes you should be able to change it from there(Backup first)  However if your crystal xbox comes with the new xcalibur video encoder then your going to have to wait for xecuter or evox to release a new bios compatible with it.
