You can't. The DuoX3 is 256kB, X2.5035 is 512kB.

The only "new" BIOSes that will fit on the DuoX3 are Evox M8+, X2.4981, and iND-BIOS.5003, and you can flash them all to the DuoX3 manually using Evox, or from the HeXEn disc.

Evox M8+ is the only one with a 1.6 version.
