You have to re install it on the other 1.6 xbox with the pinheader method or wire install, you also need to do the lpc rebuild

Just like a regular install except you first desolder everything out of the old box if you want to reuse the pinheader.

I would recommend doing your 1.6 LPC rebuild with wire.  Also it would be much easier if you had extra pinheaders around so you can leave the old one setup for future use.  I sometimes scavange these off old motherboards and controller cards(Remember the old ISA days?).
