You need to reinstall the whole thing again (maybe you already did?) If the D0 was on the wrong pad other things may be not installed correctly or damaged.
Short the D0 wire to ground and connect BT on the chip to Pin 9 on the chip. 2 up from the D0 pad. the chip should be always on in this mode.
If the machine then FRAGs the LPC is the problem.
If the machine just boots the regular M$ bios then the D0 is not making connection on the Xbox mobo or its on the wrong point again
