I have an x-chip in my xbox and life is great. Buy, a buddy bought an xchip lite and I can't get it to work. I have tried everything - it is a v1.1 xbox with the solderless adapter and I have not flashed the bios as the only way to do it (I think) is via HTTP. It alternates between either FRAG or acting like the chip isn't there and going into the standard BIOS. I have also tried the DIP switches, and that didn't make any difference. I do get power (based upon the red led on the chip) but don't get any response. I figure it is a D0 thing, but have checked that over and over.
