How To Figure Out What Version Of Xbit It Is

Hi,

I just found an X-BIT in an xBox I bought .. and I really have no idea about this modhip .. would be anybody able to tell me how I can
figure out what version of X-BIT Chip I have got ?

I looked on the DMS site but ended up clueless.

If the xbit has B and Y letters printed in gold colour next to where you connect the yellow and black wires, then you have a 1.0.
The 1.5 has these letters printed in black, against a black background so are near impossible to see. It also has all pogo pins spiked - the 1.0 has just a spiked d0 pin, the rest are rounded.
