X-bit In 1.6 With Adapter, Anyone Can Help?

Well i used LPC rebuild instructions and adapter install diagram from DMS homepage, so i thought no problem it must work, but it doesnt...
when i start with chip on -> no sound/no pic, green/red flashing.

without the external power supply, chip is off and ms bios loads...

Help would be much appreciated, thx.
