Installed.... Problem

I just installed it successfully... i think. It's in, but when I start the xbox, it just stops at the Xbox loading screen.... you know how it does the bubble thing then it goes to the xbox logo before booting? Well mine stops there... also, it doesn't say "MS" or and white text under the logo....
