ok whats the easiest way to install this chip? for a person who has never soldered things this small would it be easy, or whats the best method for doing this.  

O yea, you know how there is the main chip, and then the little chip thats connected by the yellow and black wires, whats the 1-4 switches for?

Ok. Easiest method to install: Pogopins, no soldering required and easy to do, provided the xbox is not a version 1, because they have solder in the LPC holes which makes it hard to alighn the chip.

the small external chip is to change which bios bank the main chip reads from.
