Sorry I don't know anything about bitenary files.
I assume you mean binary right?
If so the Xbit software is asking for the location of the hacked bios you've obtained via the "Usual sources".
You DO need to flash the chip with a hacked bios for it to work properly.
Once done you'll also want something like Slayer's 2.5 HD installer final to set everything up for you.
