Both of those bioses should say Xecuter under the green X during boot instead of MS.  If you see MS then you are booting from the  motherboard's TSOP (cause it isn't on the modchip unless your bios info you gave is drastically wrong).  Your D0 point is not being grounded (if it is grounded the Xbox looks to the LPC, modchip, in which case you would never see the MS bios).  Indicator lights are often wrong - you might consider scraping D0 a bit to get better contact on the point.  There is a install troubleshooting guide in my sig - give it a read.
