Pin Header Install
« on: March 15, 2004, 02:00:00 PM »

ok, been using my xbit with the pogo pin install but i move my box alot and it tends to get bumped out of position.  so i decided i would try the pin header install, only problem was that when i looked at the lpc points and the pin headers, the second one from the top on the right side has no hole on my motherboard, but it does have a pin on the xbit.  am i supposed to pull the pin from the modchip or something

The diagrams on the DMS site really offer no help here.  Could someone who sucessfully installed using the pin header please tell me what you did?

And now, let us bow our heads, and observe a moment of silence for the brave xbox mother board and mod chip, who so selflessly gave their lives in the the name of modders everywhere . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  .
(TAPS is played, the flag is lowered, and a squadron of jets fly overhead in the missing man formation)  :(
