Use a program called XBTool ( I think its in the tools section for download) and change the color of the BIOS... The program is pretty much idiot proof.

Just OPEN up the BIOS, and Change the LOGO Colors and then select the size you want and save... Then FLASH....

For Me I just change all the color settings to one color....
