umm...dude...how exactly are you gonna go about the legal action? my understanding is that these modchips arent exactly legal. be kinda like goin to the police and tell them some guy sold you some bad pot

well mrp u basically just mentioning weed in your post makes me think your a fan of the not legal drug which should be ,But divineo.co.uk doesnt go through canada post i dont think and they have em in stock ships within 24hours says. i figured id look there since .com is out .

finally got a reply from divineo today...........

Shipping by usps expedited parcel from canada, can take 2 to 4 weeks..
The post office told us that the delay is 7 to 11 days.. (you can verify on
canadapost.ca, that's the delay they show)
Because of that, we stop using this service.. We appologize for this delay,
but I can assure you that you will get your package.. (we didn't got any
lost package.. only freakin' slow deleivery)

I ordered one DMS3 chip for my PS2 from Divineo on the 28th of Jan and still have not recieved it. I complained to paypal and divineo supplied them with a tracking number for a package that was recieved by the canadian post, but still to this day has not shipped out.

THis place is a bunch of hustlers who instead of getting products out on time, place the blame on the postal service and all that. I ordered from FoundMy and got my chips a few days later, and he charged my a fraction of what Divineo charged for shipping.

Divineo is the worst place to deal with. They reply to emails up to a week later and its all broken english and doesnt explain anything of whats going on or answer any of your questions.

Foundmy's prices were better too.

Diveo UK was great for my friend. He ordered late-January and got it in a little over a week. This is from UK to East Coast USA.

I got mine from divenio UK in a little over a week. That was several months ago tho.

i used divineo.com on 3/4 for my xbit and did a C.O.D order... the delievery date was 3/11 and it came today.. a whole day early!

I ordered on 3/7 and got my xbit 3/10. Used fedex saver...

I understand all the frustration in the earlier posts but guys, please, NEVER EVER pre-order anything from anyone under any circumstances, you are asking for a big let down when you do that.... and if you are ordering from out of country NEVER EVER use snail mail, always use fedex, ups or similiar.
