Frag My Xbox With Pogo Pins?

my guess is you f'd up your ide cable, which is fairly cheap to replace.  try installing the chip, and not installing any drives and see if you can boot to the bios screen - if you can, but you can't boot with your drives, then it's the cable.  also, make sure you're not doing anything stupid, like putting the cable on the drive the wrong way - the red line goes to pin 1.
