Chip Insalled, Now What?

OK, a few changes i have made....

I flashed XBIT in slot 6:
Bios6(256k) - 4977_blue_256k.bin
Bios5(256k) - 4977_red_256k.bin
Bios4(256k) - 4977_silver.bin
Bios3(256k) - M7_Blue.bin
Bios2(512k) - M7_yellow_512k.bin
Bios1(512k) - M7_Red.bin

Dip switch is set to:
1-on 2-off 3-on 4-off (Chart @ http://www.dms3.com/..._selection.htm)

Boot up xbox and i get regular green X with M$ dash. XBIT external board light is on.

Tried to load slayers both in the thomson dvd-rom drive, and externally through a PC dvd-rom drive.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or why slayers isn't working? I'm not sure if the xbox is in "XBIT" mode since there's no way to tell.
