Whether you got it to work or not please let me know the following.
1. Xbox version
2. Where did you buy your Xbit
3. What OS are you using to flash your Xbit
4. What configuration are you using
5. Did you get it to work
6. Problem
Mine:
1. Xbox v1.1
2. I got mine at The Console Corner
3. I used XP at first, but that didn't work. So I ended up using 98.
4. I'm using the first two banks of configuration 6
5. YES
6. Nothing
This is my attempt to find similarities for those of us who had problems and those who didn't.

1. Either 1.2 or 1.3, not sure which.
2. Divineo UK
3. Win XP Home SP1
4. Config 6
5. Yes
6. Had problems with an adaptec USB2 PCI card and formating the flash. Switched to built in USB1 on my KT7A-RAID MB and it worked fine. Also had to scrape point D0 a bit.
7. Installed via pogo pins.
It's currently working with no problems :luv: , and I Just had ...Rellik install the wire to the power button for disabling the mod chip without using the STM switch.

I've installed it on two xboxes:
Xbox1:
1) 1.4
2) Console Corner (very fast shipping)
3) Windows 2000
4) Wire install
5) Yes, but I almost killed my board trying to install it.
6) I did a sloppy job on the D0 point and damaged a trace, luckily it was fixable.
Xbox2:
1) 1.0
2) Console Corner
3) Windows 2000
4) Pogo pin install
5) Yes
6) No problems, worked perfectly on the first try.
